April 08 I'm BackOkay, so I have not been able to log on for a couple of weeks or so. But I am back. I have not weighed myself this week because I did over the weekend and it was a big disappointment and I decided to go one more week without hopping on the scale everyday to get back to it. I know I can. God willing I can succeed at this difficult task. Lord give me strength to stay focused on this goal.
Amen March 26 This JourneyThis journey is good for me. I am struggling with getting below 200. I am just not giving it my all. I know I can. I can go back to how I started this whole process and it will be good. I just have to get focused. March 19 Weight LossWell this was, as I would say, a slacker week. We didn't exercise once. I know, shame on us. You just get distracted with other things and forget sometimes and then you fall off track. Then you try and pick it back up and do good for a week and then back to slacking, one day we will be good at this. March 11 Aghhhhhhh!Okay, just as I say the weight loss is back on track, this week I goof up. I gained 1.6 lbs. Bummer. I did not work out though, so its my fault. I worked out so hard the week prior that I gave myself shin splints and my foot hurts, so I have been taking it easy. I just get frustrated with myself. I know I can hit my goals if I just keep at it. I do not want to ever again be as big as I was. I am not happy with my gain this week, but I am not going to be so mean to myself this time. Thanks to all who have came to see our page over the past 3 months. We appreciate your support. We are going to be here again next week, because this is not over for us. We still have weight to lose and until we hit our goals I'm gonna keep posting our weights. Thanks again for everyones support. March 05 Weight Loss Back on TrackSo this week we stepped it back up. We lost a combined weight of 5.2 lbs this week. I (Lain) worked out 4 times in the past 6 days, which is great for me. I had been slacking lately. Manny is doing well with his weight loss also. He really just did this for me, which I appreciate. He doesn't want to lose that much, but really wants to gain some more muscle. I am proud of our progress. Thanks for visiting!
